What you can request

• Deletion of your profile — display name, phone, email, photo, bio, and location.
• Deletion of your messages, posts, comments, RSVPs, and any media you uploaded.
• Removal of your connections, follows, blocks, and any imported contacts.
• Deletion of your bounty and job history, including listings you posted and applications you submitted.

We do not run a payment, wallet, or KYC flow, so there are no financial or tax records to keep after you leave. A short list of categories is held for the limited periods described in our Privacy Policy — authentication logs for 365 days for fraud investigation, raw analytics events for 90 days, and abuse or safety reports for 3 years after the case closes (or longer under a legal hold). These are stored in encrypted form and are not used for any other purpose.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@friendly.mobi from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Account deletion request". Use the button below to pre-fill the message.

If your registered email no longer works, write from any address and include enough information (registered phone number and display name) for us to verify you.

Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with DPDPA Section 12. We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
