What you can request

• Deletion of your name, phone, email, and profile.
• Deletion of your business catalogue, customers, and operational data created in the app.
• Cancellation of any active subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.

Financial and tax records (invoices, GST line items) must be retained for 7 years under the Indian Income Tax Act and GST law, even after account deletion. They are stored in encrypted form and not used for any other purpose.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@friendly.mobi from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Account deletion request". Use the button below to pre-fill the message.

Request account deletion

If your registered email no longer works, write from any address and include enough information (registered phone number, business name, GSTIN) for us to verify you.

Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with DPDPA Section 12. We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
